well I tried .....deleted the hat on one...moved to am dist 14 LA, no hat, lots of prezzies (and yes ccshards, no other hats/costumes on character)...and euro eng dist 6....still wearing my frezzie crown, ccshards, prezzies--no hat.
think I am just going to go back to bed and give up on areanet actually FIXING something in a timely fashion.

I moved to LA Chinese dist 2 to escape the lag, didn't get a hat there either... and then the lag caught up with me and i keep getting error 7's, so i am not even getting gifts now >_>

Amer eng Dist 37, 12.24am AEST. 2 accounts logged in, same circle.
Event: Yes Gifts: Yes Hat: No. Both accounts were wearing old hats, one had new Dwayna in inv. Neither received a hat, only 1 person that I know of got their hat. I made a point of asking everyone in the dist whether or not they'd received it, and as I said, only 1. |

I got the Dwayna hat in the very first one, but all my subsequent attempts to get the Grenth hat have ended in... whatever the hell's wrong here.

Heres a question - everyone not getting hats:
Do you have a previous (Canthan New Year, Halloween, Dragon Festival) festival hat in your inventory? ether being worn or not being worn? I had a few in my inventory but never got the hat. I placed them all in storage for the next showing and got the Dwayna hat. |

LA dist 31. Nobody received Grenth's hat. I have Dwayna's snow crystal crest from being AFK over night. I can equp it, and I've shown it to the festival hat maker, but I'm loathe to delete it for fear of it not being able to retrieve it later.

I just did LA Dist 20 Dwayna side + dwayna win = No hat.
Kamadan dist 39 Grenth side + grenth win = No hat. WHY!!!! |

Tried to get Dwayna's hat again. LA dis 20, Kamadan dis 34. Nothing. That's 5 showings I've gone to in an attempt to get my Dwayna hat.
At this point, I think the easiest remedy would be for ANet to simply unlock for everyone the Grenth and Dwayna hats at the Festival Hat NPC. No need to re-do the event. No need to patchwork some extra collector or NPC. Just give us all the ability to make them at our Festival Hatter. |

No hat for me. I was in Lion's Arch American Dis 6 and I'd been there afk for the whole event. A lot of folks in the same district are complaining about no hats.
And yes, I had an old Santa hat in my inventory and wearing the Grenth hat. |

Some people are reporting that they're getting hats sent directly to their costume headpiece slot and not to their backpacks/bags.

No hat again in LA AD14 nor Kamadon AD 48. Its hopefully they will put the hat at the npc later. I'm done can't chase the stupid hat all day.

I was at LA district 35 when this happened at 9:00 AM EST when this happened (where Doom Box was). I didn't receive the hat.

No hats again in any district me or my guildies have visited no matter if it's LA or Kamadan Eu, Int or America.
I have every hat from every event since 2005, I really hope something is done about this. |
